1 person killed in City Heights fire


SAN DIEGO — Fire investigators say one person has died in a fire at a City Heights home.

Witnesses said they tried to help after seeing flames near 4100 Fairmount Avenue around 3 p.m.

Firefighters said the fire broke out at an abandoned home. No further details were released about the victim.

  1. The City Heights person found dead? I’ve heard who & why. This is terrible. Obviously she isnt dead from smoke inhillation? She was known around as a homeless person. It’s also said who did but he’s not in custody yet? And she was raped also? So many stories, who knows what’s the truth? God Bless her!!
